- I'm a 33-year-old mother of a little boy through domestic adoption. We have struggled with infertility since we were married, 11 years ago. We adopted our little miracle after 16 other failed adoptions. 16, that's right! After a recent experience with a birth mother "scam" we decided to pursue embryo adoption, an experience that we hope will lead us to more little miracles in our home.
